Regina Robinson-Harris
Regina is a professional with experience in financial management, business leadership, and corporate strategy in the private and public sectors, where she represented some of the top Fortune 500 industry leaders.
She is the Chief Financial Officer of the second largest educational system in New Jersey, where she oversees the business and operational affairs of a billion-dollar entity, including five million square feet of classroom space.
Regina holds a Master's in Educational Leadership and Accounting from Kean University and is currently pursuing her Doctoral degree in Organizational Leadership at Stockton University. She's a licensed NJ School Business Administrator and has the International School of Finance and Operations designation from the Association of School Business Officials International. A licensed NJ Qualified Purchasing Agent and a member of the State of New Jersey Notary Public Commission. She has attended several leadership programs, including Cultivating Intergenerational Equity in Schools, Creating Alignment in VUCA Environments, Leader Resilience, and Organizational Leadership for Every Circumstance.

Charles “Tank” Harris
Charles overcame a challenging upbringing to pursue higher education, initially majoring in Accounting at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. , Charles transferred to Temple University to pursue his dream of playing Division I collegiate football. However, a knee injury redirected his focus to Actuarial Science and Finance at Temple University, where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance.
Charles managed his college teammate's professional football investment portfolio and began his career as a financial consultant at Smith Barney, achieving quick recognition. He later joined Paine Webber in 2000, where he built a substantial clientele in the sports and entertainment industry.
He founded his own financial services firm, eventually merging to establish The Sports and Entertainment Financial Group, LLC (SEFG), now one of the world's most recognizable business management firms. After selling his interest in SEFG in 2011, Charles returned to his financial roots.
He remains an active member of Temple University's alumni associations, advising foundations like the Andre Iguodala Youth Foundation and Channing Frye Foundation. Charles is also a sought-after guest speaker on financial literacy at educational institutions and sports industry events.
